1. Responsibility of the Parties

Any issues related to the operating system and software installed by the Client on the virtual server are the sole responsibility of the Client. The Company is responsible for the functionality of the host machines and network connection.

2. Company's Rights and Obligations

  • The Company provides technical support based on Client requests via the personal account portal, according to the rates published on the website.
  • The Company is not responsible for the operation of third-party software, including software purchased from the Company.
  • All services are provided β€œas is,” and the Company reserves the right to modify the service terms, including pricing and tariff characteristics, without prior notice. Changes take effect upon their publication on the official website.
  • The Company commits to maintaining the proper functionality of the host machines and to resolving issues promptly but does not guarantee 100% network and equipment availability.
  • Scheduled maintenance takes place between 4:00 AM and 10:00 AM Moscow time and may be conducted without prior notice.
  • The Company is not responsible for service downtime caused by third parties. Additionally, the Company reserves the right to suspend services in cases of necessity (e.g., during DoS attacks or force majeure events).
  • Service prices may change, and Clients will be notified of such changes via email.

3. Client's Rights and Obligations

  • In cases where hosting is blocked due to complaints (e.g., outgoing DoS attacks) and repeated violations, the Company reserves the right to terminate services without refund.
  • Clients may use the hosting services for any legal purposes, provided they comply with the laws of the Russian Federation and copyright regulations.
  • The Client is responsible for ensuring the legality of the software and content hosted on the server.
  • All issues related to the hosting functionality must be submitted through the support system

4. Payment

  • If payment is not made, services will be suspended. Payment must be completed within two business days after invoicing.
  • By enabling automatic payments, the Client authorizes the Company to withdraw funds from the linked bank card to renew services.
  • If services are not paid for within five days, the Client's data may be deleted without the possibility of recovery.
  • If payment is made after services are suspended, they will be reinstated within one hour.
  • Payments are based on the current tariffs published on the Company's website, and additional fees from intermediaries or payment systems may apply.

5. Prohibited Content and Actions

  • Mass mailing (spam) is prohibited, except in cases authorized by the Company.
  • The distribution of illegal software (botnets, phishing, network scanners, etc.) is strictly prohibited.
  • Hosting pornography and services used for illegal activities on the Internet is not allowed.

6. Service Termination by the Company

  • The Company reserves the right to terminate services without notice in the following cases:
  • Providing false Client information;
  • Violations of Russian Federation laws, including copyright laws;
  • Sending mass spam emails;
  • Hosting pornographic content;
  • Inappropriate communication with Company staff.
  • The Company reserves the right to share Client information upon official requests from law enforcement agencies.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Company does not monitor the Client's hosting content unless there is a legitimate complaint. The Company is not responsible for the Client's choice of operating system or software and the consequences thereof.

8. Email Notifications

Registering in the personal account automatically means the Client agrees to receive email notifications, including service offers. Opting out is only possible by closing the account.

9. Refunds

  • Clients may request refunds for unused days, provided all terms are met. Refunds are made for full unused days within ten business days.
  • If less than 30 days have passed since the funds were deposited, the Company may refuse the refund.
  • No refunds are made from bonus balances, and hourly billed services are non-refundable.
  • If the Client violates the terms, the Company may refuse to issue a refund.

10. Service Level Guarantee

The Company guarantees 99.8% server uptime per month. In case of downtime, each full day (24 hours) of service outage will be compensated with additional service days but not with monetary refunds.
